Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately and maintain detailed records using our proprietary software systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations and inventory management
- Assist in onboarding new associates and share best practices during shift transitions
- Uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
- Identify and escalate potential process improvements to the shift supervisor
- Participate in weekend team meetings to align on goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage professionally with diverse clientele
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software
- Reliable transportation and consistent weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts)
