Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend patrons via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, cash handling, and equipment maintenance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend service delivery
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards during all shift activities
- Assist in training new weekend associates as needed
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) including holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Beale Street location
- No experience required – training provided
