Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across digital and in-person touchpoints
- Support inventory management and operational logistics during peak weekend hours
- Process transactions and maintain accurate documentation using proprietary systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist with onboarding new weekend staff members
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college students welcome)
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- Previous customer service experience a plus
