Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Perform basic inventory counts and assist with inventory management as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Las Vegas location.
