Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand guidelines
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counting
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-6pm)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Strong communication skills with approachable customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Valid Oregon driver's license if operating company vehicles
