Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Support team members with daily store operations and promotions
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 8 AM - 6 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Portland location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
