Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests during weekend check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Assist with front desk operations including reservations, key management, and payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room standards are met
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate issues as needed
- Operate hotel management software and basic office equipment
- Prepare and maintain accurate shift reports and guest documentation
- Support hotel events and special weekend activities as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
