Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service across all touchpoints including in-store assistance, phone inquiries, and online support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally according to company standards
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and customer areas
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
