Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions and resolve billing discrepancies using our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our database
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and quality assurance checks
- Support promotional campaigns during peak weekend shopping hours
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of customer service or retail experience
