Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in restocking inventory and keeping sales floor areas well-stocked and organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose location.
