- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and retail floor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
