Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers: Provide a welcoming and professional experience to all visitors and clients.
- Process transactions: Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using our POS systems.
- Manage inquiries: Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding orders, services, and general information.
- Inventory support: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse or retail areas during peak weekend hours.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the shift supervisor to ensure operational efficiency and a safe work environment.
- Documentation: Update customer records and maintain organized filing systems for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
