Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival at our Chicago location.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, safe, and visually appealing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
