Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding in-person and phone customer support during weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday shifts required)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
