Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all touchpoints (in-store, phone, digital)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Manage inventory counts, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store standards and safety protocols
- Process returns/exchanges according to company policies
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal events
