Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Restock inventory and ensure merchandise displays are up-to-date.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphone devices.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Portland location.
