Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operations: Support daily store operations, including stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory counts and organization.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: No prior retail or customer service experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to operate computerized cash registers.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly demeanor and a willingness to learn.
