Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all store departments
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop new skills
- Support store opening/closing procedures during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Reliable transportation to work location
