Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize and merchandise shelves to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and restocking merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn point-of-sale software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
