Responsibilities
- Assist in the receiving, sorting, and staging of incoming inventory and merchandise.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks and forklifts) safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients within the Louisville area.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25-50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
