Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist in daily store operations, including stocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with product rotation and restocking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Support promotional activities and special events as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones/tablets.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
