Responsibilities
- Package and Ship: Prepare and package products accurately for shipment using proper wrapping and labeling techniques.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents, and updating inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery under supervision.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse floor to ensure operational efficiency.
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and inventory counts.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and reliable transportation.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
