Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and process claims as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
