Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock counts to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying contents against shipping manifests.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
