Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse aisles for efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and pallet jacks after basic training.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure all items meet our high-quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory counts.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime if needed.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
