Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory scanning and tracking using handheld devices
- Safely load/unload shipments and organize warehouse storage areas
- Assist with order fulfillment and packaging of customer shipments
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided) including pallet jacks
- Participate in regular team meetings and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation to the 3500 Logistics Avenue location
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
