Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and label packages in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate pallet jacks and basic material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using digital scanners
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks as needed
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and skill development
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone from day one
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
