Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package shipments using our barcode scanning system
- Maintain organized inventory in our climate-controlled warehouse facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment after training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging deliveries
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix location
- Basic math and communication skills
