Responsibilities
- Accurately package and sort inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Operate powered pallet jacks and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse storage areas and cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle verification processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA compliance guidelines
- Support loading/unloading operations for inbound/outbound shipments
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to our Minneapolis facility
