Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock zones
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and secure work areas following OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Parkway location
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
