Responsibilities
- Sort and organize incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pack and ship orders according to quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (after paid certification)
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to our Oakland facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Valid government-issued ID
- Pass background check (no felonies)
