Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using barcode scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular inventory counts
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist in quality control inspections and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
