Responsibilities
- Execute Operations: Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Inspect incoming inventory for damages and discrepancies; update inventory systems as needed.
- Space Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Truck Loading: Assist in the loading and unloading of trailers during busy weekend shifts.
- Quality Assurance: Perform final quality checks on outgoing packages before they leave the facility.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Training: Willingness to undergo comprehensive on-the-job training upon hiring.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- License: Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required for this entry-level role.
