Responsibilities
- Receive and Inspect Shipments: Accurately verify incoming deliveries against packing slips and ensure all items are in good condition before processing.
- Pick, Pack, and Label: Efficiently select products from the warehouse floor, pack them securely, and apply correct shipping labels to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records using our state-of-the-art management systems.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring) to move heavy loads within the warehouse.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required for entry-level candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, professional, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
