Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently following training protocols
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Maintain clean, organized workspace to meet safety standards
- Participate in paid training sessions for equipment operation and safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Complete daily timecards and payroll documentation for same-day pay processing
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations consistently
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to our Mesa facility
