- Assist in loading/unloading shipments using equipment like pallet jacks
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate warehouse technology systems (training provided)
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone from day one
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Cleveland facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends (if needed)
