Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages with speed and accuracy using powered industrial trucks and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts and update warehouse management systems in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform basic data entry and quality control checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification or training.
- Assist in organizing warehouse storage areas for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if working in outdoor dock areas.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
