Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks in warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid government-issued photo ID and Social Security card
- Reliable transportation to North Houston warehouse facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- No prior warehouse experience required (training provided)
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screen
