Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package shipments in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing our paid training program
- Maintain organized inventory using handheld scanning technology
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide all necessary training
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurement
- Reliable transportation to our industrial park location
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
