Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments using barcode scanners and packing equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and documenting incoming goods
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to the worksite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (climate-controlled areas available)
