Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and sort incoming packages using handheld scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after completing OSHA-certified training
- Prepare outbound shipments for delivery by packing and labeling orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Participate in cross-functional tasks as needed for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to DC facility
