Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory shipments
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary – we train everyone from day one!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
