Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing our certified training program
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using our digital tracking system
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to retail partners
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through systematic stocking and cleaning protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality control procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- No experience required – open to motivated candidates with high school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for operating inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in tasks
- Valid state-issued ID or driver's license for equipment certification
