Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using barcode scanners and inventory systems
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace following OSHA safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided) including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow quality control procedures to prevent shipping errors
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and receiving shipments
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Reliable transportation to our Oakland facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
