Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity problems and system errors efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM database.
- Educate users on best practices for using our software and hardware products.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex tickets and provide feedback on common issues.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while managing high call volumes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn new technologies.
