Responsibilities
- Client Troubleshooting: Assist customers via phone and chat to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Software Installation: Guide users through the installation and configuration of necessary applications and operating systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all support interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Remote Support: Utilize remote desktop tools to provide hands-on assistance to clients from the comfort of our Denver hub.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate recurring technical issues and software bugs to the development team to help improve our products.
- Customer Education: Educate clients on best practices for data security and system maintenance.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Availability: Must be available to work 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday (rotating weekends may apply).
- Computer Literacy: Basic understanding of how to use a computer, navigate the web, and manage files.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking skills with a calm, patient demeanor during high-pressure situations.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
