Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads in the Dallas area.
- Present our technology solutions to prospective clients and explain the value proposition.
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the training team to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and quotas.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training workshops.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone voice.
