Responsibilities
- Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Process import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using internal logistics software.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients regarding shipment status.
- Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse layouts and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
