The Role:
As a Sales & Support Associate, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with clients to understand their needs and providing top-tier service. You will learn the ins and outs of our products, assist in closing deals, and help drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges with high accuracy.
