Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email to generate new business leads.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Attend daily sales training sessions and weekly team meetings to refine closing techniques.
- Accurately log all client interactions and sales activities into our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- No prior sales experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
